The use and operation of the building is governed by the church's values and charitable aims. In light of this please supply details of the nature of your organisation and the event you are planning (Contact us for a Hire Agreement).

Some key points to note:


Outside of office hours an approved key holder needs to be appointed to open and close the building and it may be necessary to keep the entrance doors locked during your meeting.


There is wheelchair access to the ground floor and we have a Disabled Toilet on the ground floor.


We have the following equipment avaliable to hire should you need it:

  • Flipchart (incl. Pens & Paper)
  • Data Projector (Charges may apply)
  • TV/DVD/Video - £5
  • Wifi is available in most rooms (Ask us to make sure it’s available in your room for your event)
  • Main Hall Audio & Video System - Availability and price on request (Radio Lapel Mic and Handheld Radio Mic, CD Player, DVD & Video AV projection)


Tea/Coffee & Biscuits

We can provide Tea, Coffee and biscuits for your event, this is on a self service basis.

  • £10 for meetings \ groups in our upper rooms per serving
  • £25 for meetings \ groups in our Small or Main Hall per serving

Buffet Lunches

We can supply buffet lunches, consisting of freshly made sandwiches, crisps\snacks, selection of fruit, cake & juice.

  • Buffet Lunch £6.00 per head


Cancellation of booking will incur fees as follows:

  • Over 14 days before the event no fee
  • 14-5 days before the event £10
  • less than 5 days before the event 10% of the hire costs or £25 whichever is the least (in addition any extra costs incurred which cannot be cancelled will be transferred in full)
